Mommy & Me Sessions!

C. Oliver - session #1

Williams Spring Session {SNEAK PEEK}

I am so captivated by babies, maybe it's because I'd like to have another myself or just because I'm already a mom. I was so honored to be able to capture some first pictures for another sweet baby, just 7 days new Melody-Rion came in for her first ever photo shoot with her 3 parents. This child has so much love around her and I wanted to capture these moments for her family to remember always. Here are some of the shots from her special infant session.

Babies, babies, babies - oh I LOVE babies!!
I got the opportunity to work with a beautiful 3 month old recently. Veda had 2 very large guardians, one of which posed for me too! These pictures were captured at their house in her nursery. Unfortunately we did not have the most ideal lighting, and there was no natural light, so next time we're taking the show out of doors! Here's the beautiful little lady!

 This was one just to show the lighting I had to work with and the edits I did to complete the picture. This particular one came out a bit more "orange" in the hat so I went with a different edit that you see below. I also did a couple of my signature edits which to really brighten it up and play on the contrast, Veda's mom loved it!

This one has my 'signature' edit on it. It's not for everyone, but it sure does POP!

We took my daughter Bella out yesterday to practice on her scooter some more, while we were out I noticed some young boys skateboarding and one was taking pictures with a cell phone. I could tell they were trying to capture him doing some tricks and while some cell phones have that capability it was obvious theirs was not one of them, so I asked if I could take some pics!

Christmas Mini Sessions

I've always been in love with the old train station in downtown Augusta. Old red wood, like a barn, with huge green doors, perfect for Christmas right? So I had several mini sessions for Christmas here, they were great and so much fun. I have some really good ideas for next year here too now! This location is actually really nice for several types of shoots so if you feel inspired by it we can definitely set something up for you!
